How Long Is Processing time?

Processing time only includes the time to make the nails. It does NOT include how long it'll take for your nails to be delivered. Shipping time is generally 2-day shipping but can take longer depending on the post office.

All orders will begin to be processed AFTER the 24-hour cancellation window. Average processing time takes approximately 5-7 business days (except “Ready To Ship sets). “Ready To Ship” sets are processed within 1-3 business days, after the 24-hour cancellation window has expired. Please be mindful that if you’re ordering more than one set at a time, processing time may be delayed. Larger orders take longer to complete. If you’ve placed an order for multiple sets which include a “Ready To Ship” set, all sets will be processed on the regular timeframe (5-7 business days) and will be shipped together. All sets are handmade by order, done on a first come first serve basis.

All Essential Bundle sets will take approximately 5-7 business days to process. Please note that you will not be able to pick different shapes for each individual set in the bundle. The shape chosen will apply to all the sets.

These time frames are just an estimate! I do NOT guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. Orders may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer to be shipped. Once product(s) is shipped, I am NOT liable for delays in shipping. Please contact USPS with any questions/concerns about your order or if your package has been lost/stolen.

Where do you ship to?

I ship anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping is through USPS.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once product(s) is shipped, I am NOT liable for delays in shipping. Please contact USPS with any questions/concerns about your order or if your package has been lost/stolen.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only allowed within the 24 hours after purchase, thereafter all sales are final. Exchanges and/or returns will not be accepted due to products being handmade per order.

What if I ordered the wrong nail sizes?

I can NOT be held responsible for a customer ordering the wrong size. Products are handmade per order therefore, I do NOT accept exchanges and/or returns.

Sizing kits are available to assist you with exact sizing. If you would like a sizing kit to be mailed to you, please add it to your order. The kit will be mailed to you on the next business day.

Sizing kits may be purchased individually.

If you are purchasing the sizing kit without a set, please select the “Sizing Kit Only” shipping option.

If you are purchasing a sizing kit along with a set in the same order, please do NOT select the “Sizing Kit Only” shipping option. I WILL NOT SHIP ANYTHING OUT TO YOU UNTIL THE PROPER SHIPPING COST IS PAID! Once you receive your sizing kit, fill out the “Sizing Kit Confirmation Form” on the “Sizing and Shape Details” page. Your order will not begin to process until the confirmation form is filled out with the required information.

The Sizing Kit Confirmation Form is only for customers that have already placed an order with a set.

*IMPORTANT: All products are hand made by the order, therefore I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you measure your nail sizes correctly, I am NOT responsible if you order the wrong size. Please refer to sizing chart before ordering.

Are press-ons reusable?

They absolutely are! If you’re using adhesive tabs, simply peel off the tabs currently on the nails and reapply a new tab when you’re ready to reuse. If you’re using glue, I recommend purchasing a pumice pen to file away the excess glue build up on the back of the nail.

Keep in mind that the press-ons are NOT indestructible! The more you have them on doing things, it’ll causes normal wear and tear just like acrylic nails. I will not replace any wear and tear sets.

How long do the nails last?

The longevity of your press-on nails is dependent on the care and how rough you are with your hands. Proper prepping of your nails prior to application is recommended for longer wear. Glue tabs are recommended for a few hours for a special occasion, up to 2 days. You may add a small drop of glue to the center of your nail for better adhesion. Glue can last 1-3 weeks.

Can you make a custom design?

Absolutely! To recreate a previous design or something entirely your own vision, please send an inquiry to Linda.Roccs@gmail.com.

I do not recreate press-on nail designs from other sellers.

Where are you located?

How do I make an Appointment?

All salon booking is online only through the website 24 hours a day. The website shows all of my current availability and will be selectable. Unavailable times/dates will not show or be grayed out. Please be very specific when selecting services, as the times needed for each service is very exact.

Do you Take WAlk-ins?

No, appointments only.

What forms of payment do you take?

I can take major credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover), cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PopMoney, and ApplePay.

Does the deposit go towards the final payment?

Yes, the deposit will go towards the total amount of the service. For example: if the total amount for the service is $50 and you’ve already paid a $30 deposit, you will only owe $20 at the end of the service.

how do I cancel my appointment and get my deposit back?

ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you’ve booked, you’ll only be able to cancel or reschedule to a later date. To cancel your appointment please text (585) 694-7215 with your name and date of your appointment to notify me of your cancellation, by doing so you’ll be acknowledging that you’re forfeiting your deposit. I allow up to two (2) reschedules for the same appointment, thereafter it’ll then be canceled and you’ll be forfeiting your deposit.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule an existing appointment, please go to the booking page and sign into your account using the widget. Select “My Appointments” then the appointment that you’d like to reschedule, select the date and time you’d like to move the appointment to, then submit it by selecting “Accept Changes and Book”. You’re able to reschedule anytime 24 hours BEFORE your appointment on the website. Failure to reschedule prior to the deadline will be considered a late cancellation.

What if i’m late?

Please understand that I am on a tight schedule and I have other clients after you, so please be on time. There is a late fee in place of $1/minute and I have a 5 minute grace period before you lose your deposit. If I am unable to do your nails due to your tardiness, it’ll be considered a no-show and your deposit will NOT be refunded to you nor will I reschedule you to a later time/date.
